Internet orders are taken 24hrs a day 7 days a week.
DELIVERIES
Our delivery charge is a flat rate of only $9.95 anywhere in Australia.
We despatch our orders the very next day after receiving them excluding weekends and public Holidays.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries if express post is required please contact us for pricing.
EXCHANGE/REFUND
If you receive your item and it is not quite what you had hoped for you may return/exchange the item with in 7 days of receipt, the products me be unopened and undamaged in their original packaging. Please contact us prior to forwarding back any products.
Please note that postage charges are not refundable and items cannot be returned once they have been used.
FAULTY GOODS
If your item is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately after receiving your goods, they must be returned unused with the labels and packaging intact with in 7 days of receipt.
