My inspiration behind Trendy Tots Toys started when I was buying yet another birthday present with my two toddlers, battling the shopping centres and realised how hard it was to find unique wooden toys and gifts at an affordable price that I was certain the Birthday child or Baby didn’t already have, and with out having to worry that my daughter will open the gift before we leave the store!!
This being my motivation I have searched high and low for fun and funky toys and gifts at a reasonable price that are not readily available in our mainstream department stores.
If there is something or a particular brand that you are after and are not able to see in our on line store please feel to contact me and I will endeavour to try and source it out for you.
Now you can sit back with a cup of tea while the kids are asleep and shop 24/7 with no stress at all.
ORDERS
Internet orders are taken 24hrs a day 7 days a week.
DELIVERIES
Our delivery charge is a flat rate of only $9.95 anywhere in Australia.
We despatch our orders the very next day after receiving them excluding weekends and public Holidays.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries if express post is required please contact us for pricing.
EXCHANGE/REFUND
If you receive your item and it is not quite what you had hoped for you may return/exchange the item with in 7 days of receipt, the products me be unopened and undamaged in their original packaging. Please contact us prior to forwarding back any products.
Please note that postage charges are not refundable and items cannot be returned once they have been used.
FAULTY GOODS
If your item is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately after receiving your goods, they must be returned unused with the labels and packaging intact with in 7 days of receipt.
